Exercises Ankle joint
Patients with EB try to
prevent blisters on the feet by walking more on the heels or toes. This may lead to
stiffness in the ankle joint. An exercise for this is:
Sit down and uncover the feet: pull the feet up forward (move toes in the
direction of the nose) as much as possible. Then overstretch the ankle by bringing the
foot and lower leg as much as possible in one line.
