Exercises Neck

 

Exercises to keep the neck flexible are:

• Stand or sit up straight: turn the head as far right as possible and then to the far left. Keep shoulders still.

• Stand or sit up straight: move the left ear to the left shoulder. Keep shoulders still. Repeat the exercise with the left ear.

• Stand or sit up straight: look all the way up and then all the way down. Make sure only the head moves.
