Exercises Shoulders

 

The shoulders are often used less because lifting the arms causes a `tightening' or painful sensation.

Exercises to keep the shoulders flexible include:

• Stand up straight: stretch the arms beside the body and lift the arms up with a sideward movement to shoulder height. Then move arms all the way up. Lower the arms again.
