tell the employees and employer about the disease in order to
inform them about the practical problems that are a result of the disease;
if possible adjustment of the position or tasks to the disease
(this means, for example, no work that requires walking and standing);
starting from the capabilities and strengths of the patient;
choosing a workplace or activities in such a way that these do not
have to be performed in the sun or heat;
let the employee use the passenger lift (if present);
installing cushions on the seat or adapted furniture;
installing a first aid kit on a regular place in the company and
explaining employees and employer what to do in the case of emergencies;
providing a possibility for storing the scooter mobile (if the
patient uses this) car, moped or bike near the entrance.
