On 8th February 2023, DEBRA Ukraine received 200 kg worth of humanitarian aid for 60 EB patients living in the country. Organised by DEBRA International and DEBRA Ukraine, and funded by the Red Cross Singapore, patients have received supplies of Mepilex, Mepitel, Mesoft, and Tubifast.
This result follows three months of organisation and negotiation with suppliers and couriers in order to ship these much needed supplies to their destination. Work continues on organising a second shipment of further humanitarian aid in the coming months.
