DEBRA South Africa took part in the Dermatology Nursing Workshop that took place at Groote Schuur Hospital in May 2023. The nurses were educated on EB and how to take care of babies' wounds with the resources available to them in their respective centres.
Groote Schuur is one of Cape Town's premier tertiary academic hospitals and is internationally renowned as the training ground for some of South Africa's best doctors, surgeons, and nurses.
