What We Offer

DEBRA UK owns seven holiday homes across beautiful parks in England, giving our members the chance to enjoy 3–7 night stays at heavily subsidised rates. These homes provide more than just a break — they offer families the opportunity to spend precious time together without financial pressure, in a safe and welcoming environment where memories can be made.

How It Works

Behind the scenes, our dedicated Holiday Homes Team at Head Office ensures every step of the process is smooth and stress free. From booking to arrival, we use a fair and transparent system informed by member feedback. Our streamlined booking process is easier than ever, and within two hours of check-in, every member receives a courtesy call to make sure everything is perfect.

Why It Matters

Holidays can often bring extra pressure and anxiety, but for many of our members, these homes aren’t just a getaway – they’re a lifeline. The impact is immense, and we hear it directly from those who stay:

Where

Each home has been carefully chosen with members in mind. Our locations include:

• Brynteg, Wales

• Kelling Heath, Norfolk

• Newquay, Cornwall

• Devon Cliffs, Devon

• Bowleaze Cove, Weymouth

• White Cross Bay, Windermere

Homes range from 2–3 bedrooms. There are pet-friendly and non-pet options, and everything from woodland-style lodges to caravans. Accessibility is always a priority too. All homes have ramps, and adaptations vary — wet rooms, baths, and member-requested additions like blenders, adapted cutlery, and rugs were introduced in 2024/2025.

2025: A record-breaking year

This year was incredible for our holiday homes:

• 1,184 nights stayed

• 730 attendees

• Our highest occupancy rates ever

Looking ahead: A European pilot for 2026

We’re thrilled to announce a pilot initiative: DEBRA UK holiday homes will soon welcome members from DEBRA France. This is the first step toward giving more of the EB community the chance to experience these incredible spaces.
